Frequently Asked Questions

If you're a professional in a global organization navigating a high-stakes transition, a political situation, or a moment of genuine uncertainty about direction — yes, probably. I offer both coaching and mentoring depending on what you actually need. Coaching when the challenge is clarity, mentoring when the missing piece is experience and context from someone who has been in those rooms.
It's not the right fit if you're looking for therapy, a quick tactical fix, or a solution that doesn't require you to look at what's actually driving it.
If you're not sure which applies to you — that's exactly what the introductory conversation is for.

Women in demanding global organizations who are good at what they do — and have hit the point where being good at it isn't enough anymore.
Some are stepping into a new role and need to land it right. Some are navigating careers in countries that aren't their own, carrying the weight of constant cultural translation on top of everything else. Some are the only one at the table at their level — where excellence alone stopped being enough a long time ago.
The background varies. What doesn't: they're done figuring it out alone.

Yes. All sessions are delivered via video call and I connect with professionals across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I'm based in Spain (CET) — time zone alignment is something we sort out at the introductory call.
-
All sessions are via Zoom. Frequency and structure depend on the program — we cover that once we've confirmed we're a good fit.

A 30-minute conversation — free, and not a sales call. I want to understand where you are, what's in the way, and what you're trying to build. You'll have space to ask anything about how I work. At the end, I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right tool and, if so, which program fits. We both decide. No obligation.
-
No — and that's intentional. The introductory call is a structured conversation about fit, not a sample session. I'll listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly what the situation calls for — whether that's a specific programme, the Clarity session, or a referral elsewhere. You'll leave with a clear answer, not a taster.
-
You'll land on a short confirmation page. If you're ready to book an introductory call straight away, you can do that directly from there. If you'd prefer to wait to hear from me first — I'll be in touch after reviewing what you've shared.

Within 48 hours on business days. Submissions received over the weekend or on Friday will receive a response at the start of the following week.

No. Most people who reach out have a sense that something needs to change — but not a clear diagnosis of what. That's fine. Part of what the introductory conversation is for is getting clearer on that together. If after that conversation you want a deeper structured diagnosis before committing to a program, the Clarity session is a paid 90-minute deep dive designed exactly for that.

I'll tell you — honestly and directly. Not every situation is right for this work, and not every moment is the right time. If that's the case, I'll say so clearly and, where I can, point you toward what would actually help. The introductory call exists for both of us to make that assessment.
